Create a quilted notebook cover and learn the basics of sewing in Sewing 101: Journal Covers. This class is for complete beginners and folks looking for a refresher on sewing. In this class, you will learn how to thread your sewing machine, quilt two pieces of fabric together, and attach bias tape.

About the event
Bring your own notebooks, or purchase a sketchbook from us! Your journal cover can hold several notebooks – bring a few if you want to create a unique journal/planner/sketchbook ecosystem.
Bring ½ yard of your favorite quilting cotton! Local stores to purchase: The Silver Thimble, Main Street Quilting Company, and Hobby Lobby.
