Embroidery 101: 2 Day Embroidered Earring Workshop
In this workshop, students will learn the art of transforming fabric appliqué and embroidery into beautiful, lightweight dangle earrings. This is a beginner embroidery class, although these earrings may look complex they are just made with a few simple stitches!

About the event
Please note this class ticket is for a 2 day workshop starting Jan 10th.
Day 1: Saturday, January 10th, 10am-1pm
Day 2: Saturday, January 24th, 1-3pm
A variety of fabric motifs in botanical, animal, and nature-inspired which will be available to choose from. Using embroidery techniques, participants will embellish their chosen designs and secure them within a wire frame.. Each student will complete a unique pair of appliqué earrings to wear or gift, learning both jewelry-making and textile-embellishment skills.
By the end of the class, students will understand how to choose fabrics for appliqué, apply decorative embroidery stitches, and assemble earrings with professional finishing techniques. Participants will gain confidence in combining textile and jewelry skills while exploring their own design style. Each student will leave the workshop with a completed pair of embroidered earrings and the knowledge to continue experimenting with wearable fiber art at home.
